Neither the original OR replacement packages arrived on time and so a refund was obtained via eBay. The replacement finally arrived very late - but I'm still waiting for the original! That said, I'm convinced that this is totally down to Royal Mail (who get steadily worse as they get steadily more expensive!). I would give the seller 5 stars for his service and happily buy from him/her again.
